OK Guys it happened again LOCKDOWN January 2021

OUR SHOP IS CLOSED - PLEASE STAY AT HOME

We plan to ship website/phone orders as normal as quickly as we can, although deliveries are going to be delayed by the postal service volume, 

We plan to as answer as many, emails phone calls, text and DM's as quickly as possible - If you don't get through 1st time please try again.

UPDATE 3rd November 2020

Dear Valued Customer.

Due to the recent government restrictions with the UK entering another Lockdown here at Aquaspray we will be going through a few changes.

WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT CHEQUES – BANK DETAILS CAN BE FOUND AT THE BOTTOM PF EVERY INVOICE.

Our online store will remain open for orders.

While deliveries may take slightly longer due to the time of year we will be fulfilling our online orders daily.

 We will still be accepting machines for repair,

This may come with a delay in repair time along with this any customer wanting to leave their machine at our premises are advised to ring the shop bell and wait within their vehicle till assistance arrives. 

UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE SHOP 

We are all experiencing difficult and challenging times and we only thank our customers for their continued support.

UPDATE 20th July 2020

Face Covering Requirements: England / Wales

Following government guidelines, to protect our members and employees, effective Friday 24th July 2020 all guests visiting our shop must wear a face covering that covers their mouth and nose at all times whilst in store. This requirement does not apply to children under the age of 11 or to individuals who are unable to wear a face covering due to a medical condition. Guests without face coverings will not be allowed in to the store, we will have face coverings available for a donation of £1 each.
The use of a face covering should not be seen as a substitute for social distancing. Please continue to observe rules regarding appropriate distancing while on the premises. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

GREAT NEWS!

We are now open for business !

Although following strict social distancing measures & allowing only one customer into the shop, we are able to book your machine in for repair as well as Click and collect service for things bought through the website.

 

 

UPDATE 12th May 2020

Sorry not updated for a while its been so busy.

Great News we now can operate a CLICK and COLLECT service just select Local Pickup when in the checkout.

We are still managing to fulfil our website orders however on busy days it may take an extra day to pick pack and post some items.

We are trying to keep the website inventory up to date as so we can fulfil orders quickly with minimum back orders (on the odd occasion we may not have stock we will let you know if its going to be out of stock for awhile) 

We are trying to answer call. On busy days (usually Mondays) it may not be possible to answer every call.

We are getting 100's of emails per day and it is taking longer to reply that normal.

 

 

 

UPDATE 9th April 2020 

COVID-19 has affected everyone, worldwide! Our sincere thoughts and well wishes go out to the families that have been directly affected by the virus.

Our shop is still closed to the public,  Please DO NOT make the journey, Stay Home!

While still non of our staff have been compromised by caronavirus, we took the decision to furlough them back on 20th March and have been running ever since with only 3 people to pick, pack and post all the items bought though our web shop and eBay as well as answer an increased amount of  phone calls & emails, please be aware - there are delays.  

Orders will be fulfilled as soon as we possibly can.  

There are delays in stock arriving from Karcher, I have emailed everyone affected (although if I have missed anyone I apologise)

Our plan is

1. To continue to ship orders as quickly as we can.

2. Answer as many phone calls and emails as we can. 

At busy times it is not possible to answer all calls,  if we don't answer the phone and your query is urgent, please don't leave an answer phone message, but call us back in an 1/2 hour or so.

 

We have removed the (Standard Royal Mail) option until further notice, there are known issues at our local Royal Mail depot.

what we can not do:

1. Our shop will be closed to the public until further notice.

2. We are unsure weather we will be allowed post items out - this will be updated as soon as we know

3. We will not be able to do call out work commercial customers until further notice.

 

what we can do:

Our phone lines, email, whatsapp, website chat will be open and manned as much as we possibly can, please be patient it my be busy

We help in anyway thats possible for us to do, without risking our customers and staff.

 

What you can do:

Don't Risk yourself for a pressure washer Stay safe, Stay at home.  Read and abide with the government guidelines

Please do not visit our shop.
